Returns and Refunds Policy

At Evention Films, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may return products within 14 days of delivery if:

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• The product has manufacturing defects
• You received the wrong product
• The product was damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Cut or opened rolls of film
• Custom-ordered or special-order items
• Products that have been installed or applied
• Sample packs (unless defective)
• Clearance or final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@interiorfilm.ae within 14 days
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for return authorization (RMA number)
4. Pack the item securely in original packaging
5. Ship to the address provided with RMA number visible

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved returns will be refunded within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened but unused products
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different products or sizes. Follow the return process above and indicate you'd like an exchange. We'll ship the replacement once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
• Provide photos of the damage or defect
• We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
• No return shipping cost for damaged/defective items

Warranty Claims

For products covered under our 10-year warranty, manufacturing defects will be addressed separately from our standard return policy. Please contact our warranty department for assistance.
