Free shipping on orders over AED 500
Below AED 500: AED 50 delivery fee
Same-day delivery available for in-stock items
Zone 2: Other UAE Emirates
Free shipping on orders over AED 1000
Below AED 1000: AED 100 delivery fee
Delivery time: 1-2 business days
Zone 3: GCC Countries

Order Processing
Orders are processed according to the following schedule:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Same-day processing (if in stock)
- Orders after 2:00 PM: Next business day processing
- Weekend orders: Processed on Sunday
- You'll receive tracking information via email once shipped
In-Stock vs. Backorder Items
In-Stock Items:
Products marked as "In Stock" are available in our Dubai warehouse and can be shipped immediately upon order confirmation.
Backorder Items:
Products on backorder typically ship within 10 business days. You'll be notified of the expected shipping date when placing your order. If your order contains both in-stock and backorder items, you can choose to:
- Ship all items together when backorder arrives
- Split shipment (in-stock items ship first, additional shipping may apply)
Packaging
All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Film rolls are shipped in protective tubes or boxes. For large orders, we use palletized shipping with stretch wrap protection.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Email confirmation with tracking number
- SMS updates on delivery status (UAE only)
- Estimated delivery date
- Ability to track online through our courier partner
Delivery Requirements
Please ensure:
- Someone is available to receive the delivery
- Delivery address is complete and accurate
- Contact number is reachable
- Signature may be required for high-value orders
Damaged Shipments
If you receive damaged goods, please do not refuse the shipment. Instead, note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately at info@interiorfilm.ae or +971 50 114 5268 within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
Bulk Orders & Projects
